I wonder what the impact to medical flights/transportation has been with regards to TSA/ICE.

I can imagine someone carrying a to-be-donated heart or other organ being unable to make the journey in time.

@lattera there are exceptions, but generally speaking, medical transports / organ transports don't go through the same process as regular air-carrier passengers.

They more resemble "private" general aviation flights, and even get priority handling by ATC when warranted.
