Let’s be clear. Deploying ICE at polling places is intended to intimidate racial minorities who are U.S. citizens from voting.
And 18 U.S.C. Β§ 592 prohibits military or civil officials from stationing troops or armed personnel at polling locations, unless necessary to repel armed enemies
