Sites that require me to sign in with a "username" that is different than my email address:

Seriously, I had a credit union try to explain to me that it's "for security reasons", and when I pressed, tried to assert that the username was an ADDITIONAL FACTOR in their "MULTI FACTOR AUTHENTICATION".
