Lifted from an account that doesn't use alt text.
@bodhipaksa
More of a Donald than a Benjamin, then.
@bodhipaksa the fact that somoneone failed to use alt text doesn’t make it ok to take their work without attribution.
@mattblaze It's not their work. They were simply sharing some memes.
@bodhipaksa Well, someone put work into it. But you don’t seem to care.

@[email protected] I cared enough to search for an original before I shared it. Unfortunately all I could find were unattributed copies on social media.

If you find the original artist, please let me know and I'll happily credit them.

@bodhipaksa Not my job to do your work for you. Credit matters. Bye.
@mattblaze You know, you can be better than this.
@bodhipaksa I tried. Bye.
@mattblaze @bodhipaksa
My dude, I think we know who drew the illustration (despite attempted redactions).
@bodhipaksa @[email protected] I used to follow this weird little scold who can't admit when he's wrong. Unfollowed him without noting why, but now I've blocked and left myself a reminder exactly why. What a miserable way to behave.
@liquor_american Yeah, that was ... weird. Doubling down for the sake of doubling down.
@bodhipaksa Pretty sure if the original creator of the meme showed up and said "who cares, it's a meme, yolo!" the guy would figure out a way to argue with that person, too. "What if you DON'T only live once?" 🤷‍♂️
@mattblaze @bodhipaksa The suggestion that someone shouldn't share a meme until its originator can be credited is completely ridiculous.

@mattblaze @bodhipaksa

It's not like the compositor drew the $100 bill, which looks to be cribbed from Shutterstock, or the female form with Donald's signature of Epstein file's fame. Heck, it might even be so-called AI-generated.

@bodhipaksa One thing is for sure: Franklin himself would have appreciated it!
@bodhipaksa The fact that the 00 in 100 wasn’t incorporated into the sketch seems like a missed opportunity for juvenile humor.

@bodhipaksa

Americans should deface every bill with his signature in exactly this way.

@mmiasma @bodhipaksa

We are planning to use a black sharpie and redact his name off each one.

@bodhipaksa the signs of collapse are everywhere! 😍
@bodhipaksa Hey folks, I spotted today's passive-aggressive alt text comment and I claim my $5.

@bodhipaksa Shamelessly re-lifted and used to troll my relatives on FB

1k thx bra

Perfecto! We should get rubber stamps made so everyone can "brand" Trump's "big beautiful bills" with that.

#Trump #Epstein #Trumpstein #Money

@bodhipaksa
Where can I buy the fixed it stamp?
@bodhipaksa a stamp for $100 bills would be fun, especially since there are more $100 bills than $1 bills in circulation. Unfortunately, 80% of $100 bills are held outside the USA.
@bodhipaksa I'm not a native speaker, so is "public hair" in the alt text some kind of allusion or simply a typo?
@Gentilesa It was either a typo or an autocorrect fail. Thanks for pointing it out.

@bodhipaksa

Love that the legacy of trump

@bodhipaksa thank-you for this post. All this attribution BS is nothing but a diversionary smoke screen. It was an attempt to get you to take it down. It’s not about plagiarism or copyright infringement. Yes, if you knew the author, give proper credit, but the image was freely available in the public domain. You, I, anyone can freely use, share, reshare with no restrictions.
