Someone posted a Covid Safe Date site featuring "You may have a shitty job that forces you to be maskless in order to stay employed. You may share a household with people who don't avoid the plague like the plague."

I don't like "Covid-safetyness" as a subculture. America loves to turn stuff that it makes unsafe into subcultures, where it remains unsafe but people sympathize with each other.

If you have a job that forces you to work maskless, you're not Covid safe. Intentions do not count.

Covid safety *as virtuous intentions* wraps around and becomes eugenics again. Covid safety consists of taking certain actions, which may or may not work (statistically, they work a whole lot more than not doing them does). The minute it becomes "Covid safety consists of virtuously thinking about others" while not taking the actions because you can't, you're headed to a bad place.
