Also if Steve came back, I’m guessing he didn’t have the same level of influence since we’d run an “iOS 6” on Newtons. By proxy, Jony wouldn’t have the power to slim down those chonkers (but apparently was able to slip a slim Helvetica into that version). Combined with the apparent headset battery tech, these phones must be able to run for weeks.
