Hello @rejinl. About a year ago your work inspired an idea - Making scale-mail out of paper. Well here we are. 26” tall by 15” across. 67 scales. Paper = upcycled junk mail. The colors are from fountain pen inks mixed in the pulp, then baked at a low temp for about an hour. Held together with twine (amazingly intricate and haywire on the back). Made the scales almost a year ago and finally put it all together this weekend. Thanks for the inspiration and encouragement! #art #handmade #paper
