@janl it would be if the slowness was a result of diligence and care but not ignorance, negligence and dilettantism.
@zeank an accidental asset, for sure.
@janl the problem is that - with some delay - they tend to introduce digital systems nonetheless, but without any learnings and typically in the worst possible way. But then again, often they are so bad, that they just fail broader adoption (unless itβ€˜s mandatory).
