@VE7WYC Is this a POWFPO? (Personally owned wood-fired pizza oven) Or restaurant?
I’ve been doing pizzas in a normal oven in the cold season, and in a propane-fired Weber grill in the warm season. I’d love to upgrade to this, but I’d have to carry my pizzas down 15 stairs and across the yard…then back up. Not sure that’s gonna happen.
@MarkBrigham I also bought the insulation board from them.
