V_V I wanted to make bread and botched it. I have a wonderful crust, but I mishandled the fermentation and my bread hasn't risen. St Bready Mc Breadson, saint patron of bread, will have my head. I'm a shame to my country 🇫🇷 .

Still, it was delicious with fresh goat cheese, fried eggs and a salad.

Next bread will be a triumph, I swear!
