Street complete journey

Mostly adding details about cross walks, if they have tactile feedback for blind people, how high are the kerbs for wheelchairs and stuff like that. Have been adding other details like the type of roads, markings, etc. Added for the first time a few opening hours for some things like the post office.

@vascorsd I like StreetComplete, I actually just did my 300th quest today! Whenever I'm outside I check the app, and see if there's some stuff to map that I'd be passing by anyway. Today I was on the train, and was able to map a few details of the stations I was passing. All those little changes seem to add up pretty quickly~
