Two notable things about this:

1) The physical shortage will arrive in April. Right now shipments at sea that were loaded before the war are still arriving.

2) Countries that don't import (like the US) are not insulated from price shocks, e.g. when China wants oil it will be willing to pay more for oil and the global price goes up.
