@tshirtman I think this is how all of the platform present GIFs - you upload a GIF and they convert it to MP4.

@behrangsa @numb_comfortably @tshirtman It has been a thing since like 2017 if not earlier when Twitter decided to call soundless mp4 videos gifs (and convert actual gifs to it). All the "gifs" you see these days on the internet are not.
