About half of the crude oil that can’t pass the Straits of Hormuz is being offset by the Saudis’ east-west pipeline delivering 7 million barrels per day to Red Sea terminals.

Given that a decent percentage of the Straits capacity goes to China, this pipeline replaces about two thirds of the non-China global shortfall.

The Saudis will be making SO MUCH MONEY out of this.
