Humans are losing the ability to think. It started w the smartphone in the 2010s and w generative AI we need to use it carefully and not let it take over our thinking. Just as we understans the importance of diet and exercise in the physical world, we need a digital nutrition plan. We need to train our brains. May be consuming a few dozen book pages a day should become the new 10,000 daily steps — to maintain cognitive fitness.
