I’m hoping someone will launch a discrimination suit against the Olympics with the goal of requiring them to test *everyone* or *no one*. If a knowing person’s genetic makeup is truly needed, then it should be required of every one, men and women and everyone else. How else can men’s sport be protected against unfair competition?

@DavidM_yeg IOC isn't the first with the genetic sex test.

World Athletics did t last year: press release: https://worldathletics.org/news/press-releases/sry-gene-test-athletes-female-category

This article is from 2012, well before current MAGA culture war:
https://www.aaas.org/membership/qualia/does-science-support-ban-female-athletes-high-testosterone-levels

In an discussion (can't find link anymore), Neil de Grasse Tyson suggested sports should be gender neutral and, like with boxing, use other metric to create different classes of athetes. (weight, muscle mass etc).

Hoping I don't get banned for posting this.
