@jerry --- just noticed that when on my profile and looking at follows, it doesn't dynamic scroll past the initial load? I did recently switch browsers, but tried it on a different instance, and it seems to work there... any ideas?
@singlestep are you on a computer or a phone/tablet?
@singlestep assuming you’re in a computer, open the browser console and go to the tab where errors are shown. I am guessing there is some issue connecting with streaming.infosec.exchange that will show
@jerry On a computer-- Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Failed to resolve module specifier './loader-CsuvFWTB.js'
@jerry javascript isn't being blocked that I'm aware of. I'll dig more. Just confusing that it's working signed into a different account/instance of Mastodon with the same browser, etc, but it doesn't work on infosec.exchange. I'm sure it's on my end somewhere if no one else has said anything.
@singlestep one big difference between this instance and others is that the streaming endpoint is in a different hostname and sometimes that hostname ends up on url blocks while the main site does not. I am not 100% sure the error you saw is related, but I’ll also look into that too

@jerry just because, I did just now switch upstream DNS just to see if it was a blocklist, same result.

39ff08bd-3259-472a-930f-647291ce9c10 is the offending blob?

@jerry Does work on phone as well. Must be the new browser.
@singlestep I get that same loader error you have. I think it’s a bug in mastodon, but isn’t preventing the streaming from working. Let me know is the other browser works and when one didn’t so I can try to reproduce it.
@jerry Vivaldi is the broken browserβ€” fails on infosec.exchange but works on other instances. Infosec.exchange works on the phone app on Wi-Fiβ€” so not a network/dns thing.
