3/28/86 portland, ME: only 2nd show of tour without debut or revival. 1st GOOD TIME BLUES of ’86. “we want phil!” chant before another strong BOX OF RAIN, big ending note. strong 56-minute PLAYING IN THE BAND > FRANKLIN’S TOWER > I NEED A MIRACLE > PLAYING IN THE BAND > DRUMZ > SPACE > THE WHEEL > DEAR MR. FANTASY > PLAYING IN THE BAND. PLAYING floats major, shifts to frayed FRANKLIN’S, but fun turn into MIRACLE & even more fun turn back into a depth-finding PLAYING. [2/4]
