Sec. 50403. Energy dominance financing

(a) In general.—Section 1706 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (42 U.S.C. 16517) is amended— (1) in subsection (a)— (A) in paragraph (1), by striking “or” at the end; (B) in paragraph (2), by striking “avoid” and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting “increase capacity or output; or”; and (C) by adding at the end the following: “(3) support or enable the provision of known or forecastable electric supply at time intervals necessary to maintain or enhance grid reliabili...
