DOGE was largely 'staffed' by adolescent 20-something year-olds. My guess is Musk's haircut is to mark him as one of them.

Following US politics must be a nightmare for those not familiar with, or living in, the US (it is for many US citizens who live in the US). I commend you for your patience.

We're not all nuts here, although I can certainly understand why some? many? outside the US would think differently.

@EthicalProfessor @gottalaff.bsky.social I really don't enjoy keeping up with US news, as you can imagine. But I think it's necessary if I want to be a somewhat responsible citizen here, as Trump's playbook is being copied all over Europe, and our political discourse is mediated by his buddies' internet platforms.

And of course most of us don't believe that you are all nuts, #nokings shows it beautifully.
