The Simple Notes addon brings the Simple Notes app to Hubzilla, serving as a counterpart to the Android app Simple Notes Sync: #^https://github.com/inventory69/simple-notes-sync

The Android app stores notes in JSON format and can synchronize them via WebDAV when configured accordingly. This makes it an excellent companion for Hubzilla, which can act as a WebDAV host through its Files app.

The Simple Notes app reads notes directly from the Files app and presents them in a clean interface. It also offers various filtering and sorting options, accessible via widgets in the left sidebar.

I think it is a nice addition to the Hubzilla productivity suite!

Note: The Simple Notes addon is currently available only in the development branch of Hubzilla.

@Mario Vavti works great, together with simple-notes-sync from F-droid. the latter even supports markdown formatting, which the hubzilla editor doesn't...yet, i assume.

is a great start with plenty options to integrate further -- if one wants to and has the time. even though 'retired' by now, i still don't have that time, unfortunately. i'll keep it in mind though.

It is called Simple Notes

It currently supports Hubzillas BBcode flavour. Might change to Markdown before it hits release because it probably makes more sense in this context and with the client being Markdown too. Not sure yet how to go about
@Mario Vavti I may remark, that Markdown can be a mess, when it comes to taking notes of code... experiencing this in Obsidian.
@*_jߍyrope can you post an example?
