There were huge marches today against war, genocide, fascism and for Scottish independence. The usual powers that be, including their lackeys in the press, will no doubt play these events down, but is the writing on the wall?
@IndyRichard I feel it in the air.
@JackTheCat I was chatting to some other indy supporters on the way to march on train into Edinburgh. It's really uplifting to hear so many voices raised.
For all the folk who still support London based parties, despite what been obvious for the whole of their lives, I say, "Get off your knees. Have some self-respect. Show your pride. It is time to rise now and be the nation again."

@IndyRichard @JackTheCat
"Reform UK does not want to leave the UK, we want to lead the UK."

Lead not leave? Yeah, we were promised that last time too...

"Our position is very clear. Scotland decided in 2014 to remain part of the United Kingdom."

We also decided to remain in the EU.

"We want to focus the next 10 years on recovering."

Recovering from Westminster-imposed Brexit and austerity?

Honestly, who is convinced by this garbage?
