I told my tattoo artist that I have a budget of a certain amount. If she charges me that exact amount at the end of the tattoo session, am I supposed to add tip on top even if that means dipping into savings? Or is my budget understood to be the maximum?
@pseudoscience Nothing in this transaction should be assumed. There is no industry standard or policy. Before starting the work, make it clear that you literally only can pay X amount period.
