the legislative and case law on this matter are exciting in that there's no definition of "female" at the State level, so what is a "female breast" isn't defined. so, this leaves us with the Federal "definition" (which implies I do not have female breasts) and the City definition (which implies I do have female breasts)

nevermind the part in Massachusetts General Law where all persons (mostly) have the right to do anything a white male person can do
