Fair question.
This is just my own limited opinion, but I imagine it has to do with three things.
1. Enough people on the island are bilingual to get the idea of No Kings
2. The larger, more urgent issue of the day for most Puerto Ricans was the illegal, propsed Esencia project that would destroy irreplaceable forests in Cabo Rojo. People are worried that the project will take water resources away from public municipalities and further gentrify the island. Here's more info on the debate https://claridadpuertorico.com/esencia-un-proyecto-en-detrimento-del-pueblo/
3. While a large majority of Boricuas abhor Trump, ICE, and MAGA (%75 indicated they would have voted for Harris in the last election if we were allowed to) many see the Dems as just another form of kingship over the island. Since PR's forced annexation, we have never known true democracy as a territory of the US. We are taxed the highest (%11 sales tax) and have no representation in Congress. Our 1 representative is non-voting. It was the Obama admin that set up the Fiscal Control board that is not elected by Puerto Ricans and control all financial decisions on the island. It was the Biden DOJ that took away social security benefits for PR residents in 2021 (admittedly, Biden apparently reversed the ruling in 2025) So while PR is sympathetic to the NoKings movement, most of the island understands there's a lot more work to be done to end oppression and US occupation.
