@smellsofbikes @tikibunnyimports A car liek this is really desireable because the ramp works in any perpendicular parking spot., you can aso wheel yourself in and a lot of people can get from their chair to the driver's seat and drive. There is an ologopoly of assessable vehicles in america and these cars give a lot of independence for a small amount of money. In japan a new accessible vehicle is under $20k. here the clossest thing is a kia soul with rear entry for $60k.

It also looks to be well-designed, which why is that so hard? Accessible modified vans that I see here in the taxi business all have jacked up rear suspension such that the entire vehicle is leaning forward, which must be incredibly uncomfortable over the hours, days and years of driving it.
