yeah that didn't happen.
Anyway. Here is a new thread for my coverage of WHY Camp!
Early morning, 8AM. Ready to head to London for the Eurostar and a long month away from home.
fellow hackers spotted from the train station. now it is time to get a shuttle to the camp site.
Arrival! Freja had already settled in, we would be sharing a tent together again. Freja also brought with the haj vis friend to mark where our tent was.
Quite a selection of food trucks available, although due to limited budget I didn't end up having too much from them.
Checking out the arcade, there was a variety of Japanese import games available to play. Unfortunately the densha de go cabinet wasn't functioning at all during camp which was a shame. Other games included Groove Coaster, Panic Park, Pop'n, LoveLive

Round the corner from the arcade was the sauna. I didn't end up using it this time as it was a little inconvenient to get to from where we were camping.
Angel introduction talks, getting ready to do some volunteer work across the camp site.
Fab Lab. This was actually one of the locations I checked out at MCH but was a little too late to see anything going on. This time I was a little too early to catch what was going on, but I will return to this later on with Molive.
Fab Lab wasn't actually located on the camp site itself, you had to leave and follow a very long path to get to it.
Anderstorp was back again, with the very explicitly stated no accordian policy.

And so began the first fog war of many to come. At first we thought it was just the weather at night but then after having a walk around we uncovered multiple villages abusing their smoke machines.
Much like MCH, there was a fully stocked grocery store in a tent. I wish all camping events had something like this because its so convenient!
