Ended up with 5 bottles of the blueberry lemon mead. 🍷
The lemon came out a bit stronger than I had planned. It tastes like blueberry lemonade, which is not a bad thing, just not what I had planned, but that's how it goes sometimes.
We'll see how it ages!

@book lol that's ok, yeah rakiya uses things like plums for fermentation.
All you need for mead is honey, yeast, and water.
A fruit mead is called a melomel.
A mead with honey, yeast, and cider (instead of water) is called a cyser.
I've made elderberry, cranberry, a cyser, blueberry cyser, maple vanilla, orange cardamom, strawberry, to name a few.
