Whenever I make bread for hummus these days I use the same recipe/process as when I make pizza dough. I also cook it the exact same way in a cast-iron pan on the stovetop.

Then I cut the flatbread into wedges for dipping ^^. It's quick, and it's good.

@rek In a few weeks, I will have to decide if I will keep the oven or use a dutch one instead.

I haven't used a dutch oven before, so I am uncertain to its capabilities compared to a real oven.

@apostolis it wont be the same as oven-cooking for sure, but you can still do a lot on stovetop. (ive never owned a dutch oven either)
