Overview Grant County is a county in the central portion of the State of Washington east of the Cascade Range home to the Gorge Amphitheater, sometimes known as the “Gorge at George” because of the proximity to the community of George. Other communities include, but are not limited to, the similarly-notable Quincy and Ephrata (the county seat).
