It is National Something On A Stick day today - food-wise.

What’s the best onna-stick*? Mine is either candy floss or a chicken satay stick drenched in peanut butter.

*CMOT Dibbler’s offerings are not included in this

@solderandchaos That chicken satay sounds pretty good!
@solderandchaos Shashlik or shish kebab, though annoyingly most restaurants here will remove it from the sticks before serving, removing half the charm with it.
@solderandchaos old school cheese and pickled onion 😁 .

@solderandchaos

I hadn't had candy floss for ages, and then had a stick of it a few years ago, and realised, yes, it is just sugar. I think I managed a few mouthfuls before I was craving a bag of crisps instead!

I think my favourite thing on a stick is cheese-and-pineapple at a party. I could eat my own bodyweight in that.

Are foot long sausages on sticks a thing?

I could do with a couple of them right about now.

Burrito onna stick? πŸ€” πŸ˜‹

@Maker_of_Things @solderandchaos

If we could find some 18" long skewers, and some footlong sausages that you could eat, I'd give it a try!

@suearcher
We'll have to get into sausage making, without falling into a fit of the giggles.

@Maker_of_Things @solderandchaos
