I just got my 10th #COVID19 vaccination. I'm into double digits! And to my knowledge, I've never had #COVID19. I don't rely on vaccines alone; I also mask in public and try to avoid places with potentially heavily contaminated air. #ZeroCOVID

@dedicto I got my 10th a few days ago, too! (I'm counting the initial two in 2020 as just one.)

And like you I mask and avoid crowded spaces. My dentist has windows that open, and they always open them for me.

No Covid infections yet, as far as I know.

There's also this, which I've been using to good effect. (Important trick: one edge has stiff plastic: put that edge over the •top• or your nose. Also: pre-stretch your upper lip before applying. & remember to inhale before speaking •through your nose•.

(& I also ask my carers to wear N95. Fortunately, haven't gotten any backtalk from them.)

@cavyherd @jeridansky Thanks for pointing this out!! I will admit I haven't been going to the dentist as often as I used to before 2020. Maybe this will help.

Dental care is something I prioritize, because I've seen what happens when one lets it slide.

Don't get me wrong, I was extremely angry when my dentist's office dropped precautions, & I let them know it.
