Join the MediaAndDemocracyProject.org in NYC at the Manhattan "No Kings" demonstration in support of journalism, the First Amendment and democracy. Without a free press and an informed electorate - American democracy cannot exist. Let's advocate for #PressFreedom and journalists! "YOU ONLY TARGET JOURNALISTS WHEN YOUR ENEMIES ARE TRUTH, REALITY AND DEMOCRACY." "Amendment I: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances." We will have some signs or bring your own! Cardboard and marker works well too.
