Come to think of it, I've had much better luck with what I call "Shenzhen Special" motherboards than I've had with ASUS and MSI, in the last 15 years. Seemed like, with both of them, the fancier the board, the more extra features and sci-fi bling, the more likely it was to have significant problems.
