David Chiu: "After a Supreme Court decision and years of scientific evidence, the EPA made an Endangerment Finding in 2009 that greenhouse gas emissions from motor vehicles harm our public health. Later despite 16 years of scientific consensus, the EPA repealed the Endangerment Finding. This will worsen air quality and harm communities. In my office’s 15th lawsuit against the administration, I joined a broad coalition of states and local jurisdictions to challenge this reckless action in court."
