I’ve spent the last 2 weeks trying to catch up on my art classes—I’ve been in a creative rut so will post some of my struggles. I’ve had to draw gestures with pen and ink, and I discovered that the ink pools up every time I pause to think! I also discovered that pointy dip pens make gestures REALLY difficult because I can only draw on a downstroke, but it forces more decisive lines.
