This has been a thing for decades in some places afaik.
Yep, says so in the article too. I think the difference is the scale of it.
We’ve still got over a meter of snow on the ground here. They’re welcome to come and get it.
This is Super-Villian levels of crazy. It doesn’t matter if it’s been a “thing” or not. It just ain’t right.
They should just inject billions of dollars into making the Cheese Rolling Festival an international sport, and we can convert all the ski slopes. Plus people get food, which will promptly be in short supply, and of course some people will die, which thins the herd. The maimed can be used to promote the #1 healthcare system in the world!
