I think the longer I've been in a customer service roll, the more of the asshole I become when I have to deal with other customer service reps who arent doing their job

I shouldn't have to be screaming, but apparently it's the only way to get help these days and I hate it

@4bz I was *this close* to lecturing the condescending, patronising asshole customer service person of Bike24 a few weeks ago. He wasted more worktime (=money) arguing against my very well-supported warranty claim than the price of the object being discussed. And ended up "generously" refunding me at the end.

@szakib for me what lead to that post was yelling (via email) at my HSA company to give me my money for a valid expense and they kept hitting me with a copy/paste reply asking for information already provided

What finally ended it was me saying "do your fucking job and give me my money or have a manager call me if you continue to refuse to read the documentation I provided"
