AlexanderMore like true bonk! Reminded me of when I went over to watch the prologue in Dunkerque in 2001. It was my first ride in 10 years. The ride out from Calais was with a massive tailwind / easy 30mph. On the way back the next day into the headwind I blew up big time and spent the day in a Calais cafe eating cake while my mates went to see the race out in the hills. At least then I had the excuse of not doing any riding.
