I've been an @audible subscriber for about 15 years, did change my credit card number and now my membership comes to an end because they can't figure out how to charge it (it's the same card I use on amazon all the time 🤷🏽‍♂️) Had a great chat with their 1st level support, they had no idea what the problem is or what to do.

So it seems we'll part ways (and I'll lose 100s of titles I purchased)... so what's the Audible replacement service? I can't live without audiobooks 😅

@icanzilb Audible and Amazon customer here. I experienced something similar a few months back. It was a 1-off error with card expiration month. I have no idea how I diagnosed it but it was also the case of the same card working with one of their services and not with the other

@danielkasaj hey Daniel, how did you figure out what's the problem? I re-added couple of cards I'm using on amazon a number of times to no avail, and their support had no idea what to do

@icanzilb I can't remember what exactly happened, but I never type in my card details, I use Safari to autofill. The card I always use just didnt seem to go through no matter what and upon one weird reload or something I noticed the month was 1 off. Decreased its value and it went thru

@icanzilb probably it's a Swedish company I think. I didn't use it myself.
I use the Onleihe via my local library
