OK, I'm trying really hard not to be the angry guy from Inside Out, but it's proving rather difficult for me to remain composed.
Uncle recently had a CT scan done, and the radiologist indicated potential cancer in the results, which I saw in MyChart shortly after they were released.
You would think that the doctor would want to be compassionate in how they broke this news to a patient.

Uncle's doctor, instead, did it via a message sent to him in MyChart. The whole message: "Unfortunately you have two areas in the bladder that can be cancer. Will refer you to bladder specialist for this reason"
He apparently couldn't be bothered to call and break this news over the phone, couldn't even be bothered to write in complete sentences or fully punctuate the message.
