@clive @csilverman thank you. Have you ever been to the Grotte de Niaux cave in SW France? It's the only cavepaint site I know of where you are actually allowed to see the real thing in person. I mention it here however because the acoustic components of the main chamber and foyer are extreme, and a major feature of the official tours.
