When commercial transport froze in the Middle East, the EU mobilised support for our citizens.

We've provided coordination and funded up to 75% of repatriation flight costs to bring citizens home. For the first time, we also deployed 5 fully EU-funded rescEU flights.

The results? EU solidarity has already brought 13,000 people to safety on 90+ flights.
