What's the cheapest 10" Android tablet I can buy that's still usable with the OS and certificate lifetime? All I want it to do is run Nextcloud Cookbook, Spotify and some other web apps. Needs Bluetooth. I don't need mobile capabilities, just wifi.

Bonus points if it can stand up to being hit by boiling oil or heavy saucepans when I'm in a fucking mood.
