Taibak's Romulan uniform in #StarTrekTNG's "The Mind's Eye"⬅️ is made from the same new material also used for Admiral Mendak's uniform, seen earlier in "Data's Day"➡️, just with one less strap. We never find out Taibak's rank but he must be outranked by Admiral Mendak (strap-wise). 😜
