@256 they’re talking about IBM hard drives, so all high security facilities do. There was no faster way to yeet 75GB of data into oblivion than store it on one of those from that period. DBAN? Ain’t nobody got time for that, just let your IBM Deathstar render it inaccessible in an instant.
