In the LWVNM we've been trying to figure out the rules on who can vote under #NewMexico's new semi-open primary rules, so we can pass along accurate information. The page on the SOS's website has errors! I think we finally have the story straight -- except for what to do for mail-in ballots, which the SOS hasn't figured out yet.
