For a herbacious perennial yes, I reckon you are good, but check if frost forecast where you are, and make sure you water in well.

@thebaywindowgirl I'm in north of England and would say yes. It's before they really start to 'renew/grow' and after hard frost (we hope!). I've moved a couple of mine even though they are starting to bud and they seem to be doing ok.
