Are women who have differences in sexual development (intersex) not women? Are transwomen who have been undergoing years of hormone therapy and who may even have physically transitioned not women?
Natural differences between men are welcomed -- there's no limit on how much testosterone men can produce and still compete. But a woman who produces "too much" testosterone is not a woman, according to the IOC.
Is this about fairness in sport, or is this about policing womanhood?
