piofthings@neil are you aware of any laws new or existing that makes using your home address for running a single person company, a business address for service providers like electricty/gas etc.? Octopus is refusing to accept my home address for Heatpump installation!

Perhaps drop Octopus's privacy team a line, and see if they can help unpick it?
